JERRY (Gerald Kumin ,M.D. ) was born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1943. He graduated public high school and studied at Franklin-Marshall College in Lancaster, Pa. where he graduated in 3 years. His entire medical education was completed at the University of Pennsylvania.

After graduation with high honors he became an expert in internal medicine with subspecialty in nephrology. He practiced 35 years in Atlanta . With the inability to continue delivery of excellent medical care because of the restraints of the medical insurance industry, he retired from medicine and transferred all his proven skills to care giving in real estate.

As a professional real estate consultant , he continues to work 24/7 and delivers unexpected superlative services. He has continued to become an expert with special training in the following:
