   I will first listen to learn your wants and needs

   I will educate you on the buying process and agency relations

   I will provide hassle free service with the use of systems and follow-up

   I will introduce you to at least 2 loan officers (if a loan is required) to get you approved and establish a price range

   I will start a search on line with the parameters you provided so you can review several listings and start to select likes and dislikes

   I will select up to 10 homes for us to visit with a map of the tour, their listing sheets and markers to select green, yellow, or red choices

   I anticipate you will be able to make an offer after this first day so be prepared

   I will provide you with a copy of the purchasing agreement to familiarize you with the contents.

  Once we have written an offer:

   I will present the offer and negotiate acceptance

   I will follow required time limits

   I will attend home inspection

   I will attend home appraisal

   I will attend closing
